I have read the guidelines for image submission and have tried to uplopad several times the image that i wish to use as the photo for my profile. It says that it failed and to contact an administrator. Here is the image i wish to use:

What's the filetype of the image you are using? The server only accepts .jpg, .png, and .gif.
