So, I was playing BF:BC2 Sunday night and they must have been doing something with the servers because the lag was horrible. Plus no one on my friends list was play. And, I have wanted to try the barebones playlist. Kind of like a perfect storm for trying MW2 again. So I pop in MW2 and the graphics blow BF away, the movement blows BF away and I am like shit now I know why I really liked this game. And then I was tubed from acrosse the map. I was watched the kill came, the guy shot two tubes at me from his AR and missed both, then switched to his secondary which is the grenade laucher and got me with the first shot from that. So I played a couple of matches on barebones, it doesn't make a difference I was still getting tubed and tac knifed. Annoying as fuck and no one was going for the objectives anyway. So I then tried a couple of regular games. Man do they suck, I get put in a room part of the way through a match, and there are harriers and preds and chopper gunners and ac-130's and not one fucking guy to be seen, they are all on there laptops playing computer games inside of the video game.

Seriously, though, what really pissed me off is the lack of attention to vehicles. For example in BF, trying to destroy a vehicle is a race against your teamates to see who can get it faster with any of the following: portable launcher, land mine, stationary launcher, other vehicle or C-4. This is even more emphasized when I am playing with my friends. I mean for fuck sake, camo will be an assault on a vehicle heavy map and give up his secondary to have the tracer gun so other engineers can take out the vehicles. We don't even ask him to do this.

Back to Modern-holy-pice-of-shit-Two, I am in a regular match and a pred kills me and then the guy calls in his harriers and they are raping us but I am alive without out my stinger (the only fucking thing you can use to shoot down killstreaks, javeling and the AT suck) and no one is even try to shoot the fucking thing down. By the time I die and respawn with the stinger, the guys already got his fucking chopper gunner and let the rapage beging. That game is a fucking joke. I can't believe I bout the hardened addition, so stupid. And worse than that, I defended that game in the face of the absolute truth that it sucked for so long. Stupid me.

Yeah, I dont miss MW2 at all. Its a shame that it sucked so bad. We all had suck high hopes. BC2 is in no means perfect but you can actually use teamwork to win in it. Like Pete said, I use the tracer darts to help out my team. It gives me 30 points for tracing it and 100 points to the person who shot it with the rocket. Its to my advantage though because with us destroying all their choppers we usually win. MW2 does not encourage teamwork and instead encourages lonewolf behavior...this is one of the biggest failures that game did.

Since this is the last post on the site I wanted to reply here. First off fuck all of you. Haha. J/k. Good to be back. So here's my dilemma. I'm incrediy bored with MW2. I get on every once in a while only to see people playing other games. So I'll get into a match and it's just insane how a person can go 2 months without playing and come right back on and do well. So my question is. Whats a new game everyone is playing?

WE are all playing Bad Company 2 and waiting for the Medal of Honor Beta to come out. Bad Company has a much stronger emphasis on teamwork yet be warned the learning curve is really steep. Most of us hated it at first but once we got the mechanics down it is far superior to MW2.

haha...sup beefy. We are playing all kinds of games...Fuzion Frenzy 2, Tango Down, Red Dead but online mostly BF:BC2.

Yeah, Blacklight: Tango Down is really fun too. It is 1200points on XBL Arcade. Is a FPS with 12 maps and several game modes. Fun ass game with a shit ton of weapon customization and the controls are identical to MW2

Alright. Well is it worth my time to spend money on BC2 now? Or wait for the next game that you'll be playing in the near future? Also...someone figure out how I can get into chat in my iPhone

Exactly...that is probably how the kids and developers like to play. Since they out number the more mature players who hate to be hearing loud ass voices on their headsets of little kids who scream at their parents, I guess they have gone over to please themselves and the kids. I've tryied to jump on there every now and again (MW2) but can not play more than 1 or 2 matches, before my conscience starts to feel dirty and then I just go back to BC2.

I would say it worth it Beefy, get a used one with the VIP code...you don't need to get the onslaugh since not many play it...I personally like it very much but not many play it. If you get the used one with the VIP code you should get thru the summer with all of us playing till MOH and COD: Black Ops come out.

Darn...I hope they don't mess up COD: Blck Ops now that I think about it. They may just keep thinking "Wow, we did a killing with MW2 and a lot of dumm asses bough the overpriced old map packs, why change the game.". Damm, I hope I see some game play before I pay for that crap and if it resembles MW2 I won't buy it.

I have played MOH beta and that is worth the money so I won't cacell that pre-order.

Definitely worth buying. We play during the week around 2200 est time. That's when we are all on together for the most part. Depending on how much you play, you will hate the game for a couple of weeks, until you get to between level 10 and 12, then you will be good to go and love it. This game blow MW2 out of the water.
Don't worry about Black ops and MOH. First, Black ops may suck just like MW2. Second, playing BF will give you and advantage in MOH because DICE is in charge of the mp for both. And, as a bonus, BF has an expansion pack coming out in the fall; BF:vietnam. New guns, new maps, new challenges all that shit, so there is a lot of game to go. Get it, you won't regret it.

I'm shocked that Pete said all those mean things about MW2....not really. I really don't miss that game. I briefly considered buying it again but I came back to my senses. Like Camo said BC2 is not perfect but it is fun and it does require teamwork to get points for promotion as well as winning the damn game. Beefy, WE all play this game. When I'm on @ the same time with the other yahoos I play. We just aren't on at the same time. As far as Tango Down is concerned, I didn't like it. I don't think it's worth the 1200 MS Points. The only game that I bought that was worth the money was BF: 1943. That's just my opinion.

I feel like such an outsider here. I still play MW2 on a regular basis and have gradually improved. I have stuck to my integrity as far as staying away from the cheap stuff and only concentrating on weapons and challenges (f'n headshots suck with some of these guns).

I think the different between me and a majority of people is that my expectations of my personal performance was never all that high. I never thought I would come into the game with 2.0+ k/d, especailly the way I play. I still win the vast majority of the games I play and to me, that is the only thing that matters. Hell to me it is even more fun to win the games when people are pulling off the cheap crap. Hey my k/d doesn't like it, but my ego and w/l reamian happy.

Now don't get me wrong, I am pretty pissed about the removal of CTF and Mosh Pit, my #1 and #2 selection in game modes and where you would find a majority of the more competitive matches, but I have adapted. I keep planning on making a move somewhere, but I still have not decided where.

Otis, my W/l ratio in MW2 is over 5.0 and I still cant stand it. Every win in that game was a frustrating.
