Greetings all.

As you know you are all valued members of our community and we are constantly striving to bring you better content, better features and an overall better experience.

Occasionally however some of us, for whatever reason get carried away and violate the Code of Conduct. That's where we as a staff have tried our best to find the best and most respectful way of dealing with these violations, because whenever we issue a temporary ban, we expect that the member in question will honor his ban or ban appeal decision, and then return to be the valuable contributor we all want to be. We also strive to maintain complete transparency and not hide anything from all of you.

That's why we have created this thread.

Here will be news posted on any member bans with the rule of the CoC clearly stated, as well as a description of the circumstances surrounding the ban reason. Any private messages or chats exchanged between the member and the EK staff regarding his ban will be kept in the strictest confidence.

3. NO FLAMING: Posts that are knowingly made to harass, threaten, embarrass or cause the distress or discomfort upon another member or any other individual or entity will be dealt with harshly. In some cases, warnings may be issued, but flaming is likely to result in temporary or permanent banning. It is therefore advisable to always be respectful of your fellow Members; this does not mean you cannot disagree with someone, but you do not need to tear a person down in order to prove your point.

Circumstances: andru97 continuously insulted other users as well as used foul, malevolent language and repeated posts of profanity and pornography.
