TD is making a community flyer to be posted in public places to hopefully attract new membership. I think its a great idea and can only be positive. As the lawyer in the group I was assigned the task of drafting the language for the flyer. Here it is:

I like it. It is open and friendly without being too pushy. A lot of messages like this are for sites for boosting or retarded sniping clans. It is nice to see something similar, but carries the theme of our website.

It would be nice if we could make something like a business card so when we go to gamestop and places like it, we could pass them around.

Seems good. I think it should emphasize more that we are more of a group of like minded people that like to play together though rather than a committed "clan" I dont want people interested in clans or things like gamebattles being misled

there are two ways that i would do these.

print out a full 8x10 page flyer for posting places

and/or

take it to kinkos or a place that does custom printing and get 4x5 medium flyer on high gloss card stock to leave at gameshops. or to hand out.


i will be doing both.

i was thinking more along the lines of the ww2 propaganda flyer bombings over germany lol

Looks good but after looking again I think this wording is awkward " Sign up and create your personal account for free today and always at Gamingbrotherhood.com." I think it would be better if it said "Sign up and create your [u ]free[/u] personal account for today and at Gamingbrotherhood.com." I slaso think we might need an extra sentence stating we do not ever charge for any of our features.

something small i think should be changed is just to add "www." to the gamingbrotherhood.com at the very bottom of the page .

and could the text in the middle be made sleightly bigger ?

lol, they used to do that in El Salvador. I remember going over to a place called Guazapa which is a big mountain that was controled by the Gorillas. We were there cutting coffe off the trees to bring it back to our town and sell it to get some food to eat. The helicopters used to fly by and drop thousands of these leaflets which would say things like "turn in your rifle and we'll give you 2000 colones, no questions asked". They then would do another fly by minutes later and shoot at us who came out to the open. lol, they would think we were gorillas I guess. pinche vatos.

I didn't know gorillas knew how to grow coffee.
