Well, folks, it's been an interesting past couple of weeks. About 3 weeks ago, this site was hacked into through a weakness in its design. It was exploited and thus the entire database was erased (for those who don't speak geek, a database stores ALL info for the site.) So for the past 3 weeks, I've spent my free time building it back up again and some other things. This time, I hope will be permanent. This time, I have recruited my cousin to help with the website management, as his career is building and maintaining websites for prominent companies. I am hoping that with his help, and some of the Clan's help, this website will have thousands of users and this Clan will be known by MANY people. At least that is my hope. In the near future, I will have a feature that will help us sell the much wanted EK merchandise and help fund our Clan competitions that LABYRINTH has funded from his own pocket. We can do great things with our own website. The past couple of months has been kind of a trial and error period where I am still working out all of the flaws. So for now, when you aren't busy humiliating others on Xbox LIVE or if you're just bored at work, hop on the site and leave some posts. Who knows what can happen. I will be keeping you all updated as best I can with what's going on and I will see you all on CoD: WaW!

Hey, looking around the site and it all looks pretty good.
One of the first things that came to mind was the color scheme. Its a little blinding at the moment and I was wondering if there was any way we could tone down the colors and maybe make them more neutral.
Any help is appreciated.

yep im working on that. i just switched the forums over from phpBB to SMF so im still trying to get everything together.

ggo to youre image folder in youre themes
find that logo
and delete it ;)
  ALSO LOOK like youre portal for a homepage is fucked up.
you need to make a announcements or whatever u want to call it for only mods and admins to post in and then go to youre portal
click edit
    than liink it to the page of the announcments
than they will show on the homepage

Skin won't work. In order for it to work, it must be coded to fit into SMF. Also, I am working on the frontpage. There is a notice stating that I am working in the site.

since the day i signed... keep it up, its getting there.

those group buttons could do with a change though, they dont fiut with the design at all.


looking forward to seeing a new header too. I like the new palate as well, much easier on the eye.

Oh... just in addition, several other sites (i just read that this site too was hacked and trashed) that where critical of JD_2020 and the mods at treyarch had their sites hacked into and their databases trashed as well. Particularly in the modding community.

Tie that in with JD being caught pretty much red handed hacking into staff accounts by Ziff Davis Media (no way would they put the accusation in writting if they didnt have some pretty solid proof!)


.... makes for more of a funny smell surrounding the COD forums and its staff....


is it all just a funny coincidence? im thinking not.

The site was hacked three weeks ago. This has nothing to do with JD_2020. While we would love to find dirt on him, this just isn't the way to do it. This site was not speaking out against him or CODHQ at that time. Security has since improved, and we do not expect these problems again.
