Just running another idea by you...  I ran it by Camo and he seemed to like it.

I was thinking, it would be quite cool if there was a review section, for reviews (etc) written by the community.  Each game would have ONE review written by a member, with each review having a comments section so that the community can voice there agreement/disagreement.  Also, the game could have a score out of 10/100.  The reviewer would score it, and there would also be a community average.

Fact is, this kind of feature could help attract more members by tantalising them with the idea that their work could be published.  It would also further the sense of community present here by not only making the members a part of the site, but also making them A PART OF THE SITE (if that makes sense).

If such a section/feature were to be implemented, certain games could be featured on the front page, or even a certain reviewer could be featured!

Now, of course, the content of the site is representative of it's members and creators, so you don't want any "dis gam suks" nonsense.  If needed, a couple of extra mods could be taken on to review and critique the reviews submitted for grammar, literacy, etc.

Lastly, just in case anyone was concerned about this idea actually being used...  I could write some reviews if called upon, and so could Camo (I think, I'm certainly not going to speak on his behalf).  If the Most Righteous And Reverent Admin (:D) decide that they want to extend this feature to music & movies, even better!  I know that if Game Guides were included (achievement guides, strategy guides, tips on certain parts of games known to take the piss, etc), I could do some of that too (and of course it expands as the memberbase expands).

I thought thats what we did with the other game section.  Write our own reviews of the games.  I definatelt like the idea, I was trying to get something like that going in the other section.

I'm sure I can either dig something up or write something myself kind of like a review/blog system with ratings and comments and all that.

I have to agree with TD here.  I thought we all already did this in a round about way.  But, I like the idea of a "master" review with others commenting and writing their own perspectives based off of that review.  That is what I like best about this site is the freedom we have on here!
